AI is changing how we work. How can we help people build the skills, confidence, and judgment to move forward? Join Community Intelligence Live with Dr. Sunny Zhang and Jena Zangs for a practical conversation about how learning and professional communities can prepare people and organizations for an AI-powered workplace. Jena brings perspectives from her work as Chief Data & AI Officer at the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, and Minnesota Ambassador for Women in AI USA. Together, we’ll explore: • What AI readiness means for individuals and organizations. • How to turn curiosity into practical skills and responsible experimentation. • How peer learning, mentorship, and professional networks can build confidence. • How universities, employers, and associations can connect learning with opportunity. • Where to start—and how to keep learning as technology evolves. Whether you lead a team, teach, manage a professional community, or are navigating your own career, bring your questions and experiences. 📅 Friday, October 2, 2026 🕛 12pm CT 📍 Hosted on Leapcast 📍 Broadcasted on LinkedIn Live GUEST Jena Zangs Chief Data & AI Officer, University of St. Thomas, Minnesota Minnesota Ambassador, Women in AI USA HOST Dr. Sunny Zhang Founder & Chief Evangelist, TrueLeap Inc.
